3. Results & Third-Party Platforms
   We make reasonable efforts to deliver effective marketing services but do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or revenue. Results may be affected by Google, Meta and other third-party platforms, their policies and algorithm changes.
4. Client Responsibility
   Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images and required approvals. Karthik Digiworks is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
5. Cancellation & Liability
   Cancellation terms will depend on the agreed project or service plan. Karthik Digiworks will not be liable for indirect losses, third-party platform issues, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
